After years of health struggles, I began looking for a more natural approach to wellbeing.
I discovered the power of plants, and how daily herbal infusions could change the way I slept, rested and felt overall.
What began as a personal search for better wellbeing soon became a passion for learning everything I possibly could about herbalism, from studying it and sourcing the highest quality herbs, to the art of formulation.
I made it my mission to create blends that were as potent and purposeful as they were genuinely delicious.
