The story behind Blissblends
After years of struggling with acne, painful periods, insomnia and constant fatigue, I was looking for a more natural approach to wellbeing.
I discovered how much herbal teas and infusions could support my wellbeing when enjoyed as part of a daily ritual.
What began as a personal search for better wellbeing soon became a passion for learning everything I possibly could about herbalism, from sourcing the highest quality herbs to formulation and the art of creating blends that are as enjoyable to drink as they are purposeful.
