HONEYBUSH *(Organic): Honeybush is a shrub with a honey-sweet and woody aroma and is one of the most commonly consumed indigenous herbal teas in South Africa, highly appreciated for its high content of phytonutrients and antioxidants. It is commonly used to balance blood sugar, boost the metabolism and immune system and promote hormonal and gastrointestinal health. Studies have shown that honeybush prevents oxidative stress and photodamage from sun exposure and is, therefore, a common anti-aging beverage. Extensive research on honeybush and its medicinal values started already in the 1990s.

RASPBERRY LEAF *(Organic): Raspberry leaf is often considered the ideal herb for the reproductive system for both men and women and is thought to be an overall hormone balancer. It has been used to support women during periods for centuries due to its relaxing ability on the gastrointestinal tract leading to reduced cramping and its history and use can be dated back to as far as the 1st century. It is also a commonly used herb to boost fertility.

HIBISCUS*(Organic): A beautiful sensual flower native to North Africa and Southern Asia, cherished for its believed aphrodisiac and beautifying aspects. The sour, astringent, cooling nature of the hibiscus is used both in Ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine to regulate the body’s temperature and tone, tighten and cool irritated and inflamed tissue. Due to its high vitamin C and antioxidant content, hibiscus is often used for immunity support. Hibiscus diuretic and easing properties on period cramps are especially appreciated and a great ally for restoring emotional balance during your red days.

NETTLE*(Organic): A natural antihistamine and a rich source of minerals and chlorophyll, nettle is highly cherished for its nourishing and strengthening aspects. It has been used as food, medicine and fiber for thousands of years as a quintessential herb that can be drunk or eaten daily.
