Add 350 ml of almost boiling water (99°C). Steep the blend, covered with a lid, for 10 minutes.

You can re-steep the teabag 2-3 times.

For stress management: Drink 1-2 cups daily.

For digestive support: Drink 1 cup after a meal.

For sleep support: Drink 1-2 cups daily.

Quantity: 30 g (12 tea bags of 2.5 g each).
