ORGANIC HONEYBUSH: Honeybush is a shrub with a honey-sweet and woody aroma and is one of the most commonly consumed indigenous herbal teas in South Africa, highly appreciated for its high content of phytonutrients and antioxidants. It is commonly used to balance blood sugar, boost the metabolism and immune system and promote hormonal and gastrointestinal health. Studies have shown that honeybush prevents oxidative stress and photodamage from sun exposure and is, therefore, a common anti-aging beverage. Extensive research on honeybush and its medicinal values started already in the 1990s.
ORGANIC RASPBERRY LEAF: Raspberry leaf is often considered the ideal herb for the reproductive system for both men and women and is thought to be an overall hormone balancer. It has been used to support women during periods for centuries due to its relaxing ability on the gastrointestinal tract leading to reduced cramping and its history and use can be dated back to as far as the 1st century. It is also a commonly used herb to boost fertility.

Due to its high vitamin C and antioxidant content, hibiscus is often used for immunity support.
