Ingredients: *Burdock root, *Nettle, *Dandelion, *Chamomile. *Certified organic ingredient.
Taste: Grounding notes of chamomile and nettle, with a hint of apple.
How to: Add 3 teaspoons to 200ml of almost boiling water (99°C). Steep the blend covered with a lid for a minimum of 10 minutes.
To clear acne: Drink 1-2 cups daily until acne clears.
To detox and support the lymphatic system: Drink 1-2 cups daily, either as a regular cup of tea or made stronger as a overnight infusion. Gentle enough to be consumed daily.
To prevent water retention: Drink 1-2 cups when needed.
