PEPPERMINT* (Organic) Peppermint is a herb used for centuries for its medicinal properties. Its aroma can enhance alertness and cognitive performance, while its active compounds can soothe the digestive system and alleviate nausea and bloating. Its natural menthol content has a cooling and soothing effect on the body, helping to reduce muscle tension and promote relaxation. It has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties that can help reduce acne and other skin irritations.

SPEARMINT* (Organic) Spearmint is a versatile herb known for its calming effect on the nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety. Research suggests it can also enhance mood. Compounds like carvone and limonene in spearmint promote relaxation. Additionally, spearmint tea is abundant in antioxidants, offering protection against oxidative stress and inflammation induced by stress. How to: Add 2-3 teaspoons to 300ml of almost boiling water (99°C). Steep the blend covered with a lid for 7-8 minutes.

For anti-stress: Drink 1-2 cups daily

For PCOS: 1-3 cups daily for 3-6 months
