*Ojas: The strength of immunity and happiness in Ayurvedic teaching. Weak Ojas are due to stress, poor diet/ malnourishment, overworking, poor quality sleep, and regular alcohol and caffeine consumption. When Ojas are weak, we experience fatigue, low moods, poor sleep, frequent colds, and a lack of life motivation.
Ingredients: *Holy Basil/ Tulsi, *Ginger, *Chamomile, *Lemongrass, *Licorice root (5%). *Certified organic ingredient.
How to: Add 3 tsp to 200 ml, almost boiling water (99°C). Steep covered with a lid for a minimum of 10 minutes. Sweeten with honey. Drink a maximum of 1-3 cups per day.
