*Ojas: The strength of our bodies resilience and happiness in Ayurvedic teaching. Weak Ojas are due to stress, poor diet/ malnourishment, overworking, poor quality sleep, and regular alcohol and caffeine consumption. When Ojas are weak, we experience fatigue, low moods, poor sleep, frequent colds, and a lack of life motivation.

 

 

Ingredients: *Holy Basil/ Tulsi, *Ginger, *Chamomile, *Lemongrass, *Licorice root (5%). *Certified organic ingredient. 

How to: Add 3 tsp to 200 ml, almost boiling water (99°C). Steep covered with a lid for a minimum of 10 minutes. Sweeten with honey. Drink a maximum of 1-3 cups per day.

Quantity: 37g (1.58oz) or approx 62 tsp

ORGANIC ANISE: Anise with its pleasant and sweet flavor has been used for medical and culinary purposes since antiquity and was cultivated by the ancient Egyptians. It is most commonly used to support digestion after a meal to calm bloating and gas and as a natural anti-depressant and stress reliever.

ORGANIC LEMONGRASS: Native to India, lemongrass is an aromatic plant that has been used widely in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries for numerous ailments such as digestive issues, poor circulation, and as a natural anti-depressant.
